USANA Stands Side by Side on the Growth of the Next Generation

Our USANA New Zealand Associates, Karen Ovens, Mandy Beverley, Lisa Kissen and Ali Kiss spent an amazing Sunday by supporting the Kids Try-athalon event at Westmere primary school in Auckland.

The school’s goal was to promote health and fitness in a fun, supportive community environment. The focus was on children taking part and doing their best, rather than winning, as they wanted to encourage as many kids as possible to have a go – as well as parents getting involved too – and having lots of fun in the process.

Karen told us, “It’s great to see lots of happy smiling children with parents and teachers having fun and our own USANA Associate and Champion Marathon Runner Allison Roe running with the kids.” They shared the USANA Nutrimeal Shakes, Nutrition Bars and the Rev3 and the kids absolutely loved the Bars!

The event was a fund raiser for a school hall and will now become an annual event possibly involving 3 other Primary Schools in the area! Thank you Karen, Mandy, Lisa and Ali for actively fostering a lifelong enjoyment of exercise and its associated health benefits.
